Have you ever wanted FireFox to run even more faster? Well if you have Broadband then you're in luck…not like you need the extra speed. Follow these few steps to decrease the wait.
- Start up FireFox
- Type “about:config” in the address bar
- Look for the following:
Network.http.pipelining
Network.http.proxy.pipelining
Network.http.pipelining.maxrequests
- Change “Network.http.pipelining” to true.
- Change “Network.http.proxy.pipelining to true.
- Set Network.http.pipelining.maxrequests to 8.
- Right-click anywhere on the page
- Select “New”
- Select “String” afterwards
- Name it “nglayout.initialpaint.delay”
- Set the value to “0”
And that's it! Those are the steps to improving the speed of FireFox. Oh…I forgot to mention that you can just install a add-on =p. Search up “Tweak Network” and install that. You should have the same results.
