The company's name is BlueHost. Their business is web hosting. Their service is second to none, and I have had more than a plenty associations with web site hosts to compare them to. I have not ever dealt with a web hosting company that is more willing and available to maintain superior customer service.
I've been in the business of web design for years and have dealt with, by trial and error, a lot of companies for various clients as well as for my own business needs. In the process, I've ventured to do business with hosts whose services seemed to compliment the needs of particular companies and site demands. Most, quite honestly, have turned out to be disappointing - costing unnecessary time and money. The support that most offer should not even be called support. Turn around times are unacceptable when a real problem arises. In any business, time is money. It is especially true when your business relies predominantly upon your web sites availability to clients. I've never taken the time to determine if the decline in service over time is the result of too rapid growth, lack of knowledge, or just very poor customer service. I quickly move to recover, or prevent losses when and where necessary - dealing with the defunct host as an after matter.
However, there has consistently been one exception - BlueHost. They are unparalleled in knowledge, attention to detail, customer support, courtesy, reliability and follow-though. Hands down, I would recommend this company to anyone -client, friend, association, or even foe if they want a web host that truly delivers time, after time, after time.
On a scale of 1 - 10, they are off the charts across the board.
