The Three Biggest Reasons People Fail at Affiliate Marketing

1. Money

   First there's the money issue. The reason we got into this in the first place was to make some extra money.
   
   So now that you have bought your new "Make a Million in a Minute" program, one of the first things they tell you to do is to to get your own web site (more money).
   
   Now that you have your own web site you need to get traffic directed to it. Well, this is the interesting part, you can either write some blogs and write some articles like this one. However, unless you have been trained in writing these kinds of things, its really not as easy as they make it sound. For instance I have written four articles for this site an two of them have been denied.
   
   So, if your like me and not that good at your writing techniques. This is not going to work for you and besides if it does work it will take a fair amount of time before you get any kind of recognition out of this at all. But the "make a Million in a Minute" program will direct you to a new program that will teach you how to write an article. This is just more money out of your pocket and into theirs.
   
   Which brings us to pay per click. This is another money pit. You pick your product, then you log onto Yahoo or google among others and first you need a title, then you need to pick your keywords, (in which you can buy more stuff to tell you how to do this also) Now you need to write (Oh no more writing) your ad. Finally how much will you pay per click.
   
   You can also do an e mail campaign. This is not as cheap as it sounds. To find a company that sends out tons of e mail to targeted people takes a lot of trial and error and more money. Plus you will have to write the e mails. Don't worry though someone out there has a program that will show you how to do that too, for a price of course.
   
   

2. Super Affiliates

   This one is easy, they will out spend you at anything that you can possibly concieve. As a matter of fact, you probably bought your "Make a Million in a Minute" program from a super affiliate. So they are getting commissions off of everything that you buy connected to that program.How to write an article, how to do an e mail campaign, how to write ads and so on and so on.
   
   

3. Cheaters

   I just learned about these people. It doesn't surprise me that people are cheating, but its how they are cheating that gets my goad.
   
   Here are just a couple of ways that they cheat. They will enter some kind of code to the site that automatically directs any potential customers to them. The cod is only 1 pixel big. That is so small that you could only see it with a microscope.
   
   Another thing that is done is the product that you are promoting will have a drop down window to enter name e mail address and such. well this window steels your sale and gives it to someone else.
   
   A company had an award in which it gave out to the best sellers. It turns out that it gave it out three times and had to take it back all three times because the affiliates were cheating. It finally ended up just donating the prize money to charity.
