I will tell how to test if an internet port is open or closed !
1 - Get the port detective program ( Click Here )
2 - After install the program, open and go to action, add port
3 - Put the port number and click on ok
4 - Select the port that you have add and click on Check Ports Now Button
5 - Waiting the browser open and see if the port show closed or open !
Now you can use this port for all of your programs !
