Ideas, templates, vector art, and a variety of other freely available things are available. Their search feature really helps to narrow down to the web solution you're looking for.
A variety of design resources submitted by designers and community members. Though Design Float is broad in nature (all design), they do seem to have a ton of web-related design content available. Good place to look at several times a week.
