Most people sit online surfing for hours, but don't know that they can get sick while sitting and facing their computer screen for a very long time. All those common sickness you experience while surfing, can tantamount to something else if they are left unnoticed. Below is a list of the most common sickness you get while surfing, and some possible solution.
Blurred Vision:
This is the most common sickness you get by looking at your computer screen for a long time. It is caused by small rays of light that shines through your screen. It starts showing it's effect when you're done surfing or browsing. For e.g. Inability to see from a far distance, and you will be unable to read well because you can't see the writings.
Solution:
Divide the hours you stay on your computer. If you must stay, contrast your screen and position it to less bright in order to avoid direct rays. Numbness of the Hands:
This comes as a result of over typing, it occurs mostly on the hands of freelance writers who maintain a static typing position for a long time.
Solution: Wash your hands when a numb occurs, if possible change your style of feeding information to your PC and purchase a writing device. A writing device allows you to write information to your computer by the help of a digital pen. Leg Cramps:
This occurs when you maintain a static position while surfing. It is caused by poor circulation of blood which remains in a steady position for a long time.

This is caused by tiredness, it occurs at your 10th hour of surfing online. In order to prevent it, take this precaution
(A) Cut your surfing hours into half, if the headache occurs, leave the computer.

This occurs when you maintain a static position while on the computer. It makes you feel as if something is stocked on your back.
Solution: Stand up and stretch your body. If possible gets some exercise.Joint Pains:
This is caused by bones which are unable to interact with its fellow bone because you're maintaining a static position.
Solution: Go walking for a while, let's say for about 15 minutes. Frequent Urination:
This is the most common sickness you get for sitting steadily for a long time. If some other forms of exercise is not done to send out sweat, frequent urination occurs. If frequent urination occurs even after surfing it may be a sign of overactive bladder.
Solution: If it occurs after you're done surfing. It may be a sure sign of overactive bladder, get medical help immediately.Pains in the Bottom:
This is the most common pains that happen during or after you're done browsing the web. It is caused by your steadiness in a sitting position for a longtime.
Solution: Get a chair with a soft cushion
