Triond

An online site that allows you to earn money from content you submit. You can choose to be paid via PayPal, to receive a check by mail, or to receive a Western Union money transfer. This site is great, especially if you are one who finds themselves with a flurry of information you wish you could share with your online community.

Prizerebel

This site in particular might be better suited for all you gamers out there. If you play an online game and find yourself wanting to enroll in a membership, but don't want to risk putting your personal information (such as credit card info.) on the web, this site will help. fill out simple surveys and receive credit points. once you earn a certain amount of those points you will be able to claim your prize, wether it be a game card which you could use to gain membership to a number of online games, or (if you earn enough points) larger prizes such as mp3 players and game systems. check this site out.

Cashlagoon

This site, is in many ways similar to that of price rebel in terms of what is needed in order to claim prizes; however this site offers direct payment to your paypal account if that is the payment option you chose.

AWSurveys

A site that allows you to earn money based on how many sites you review. Although the amount of sites they post for review are minimal, you can still gain money by referring friends to this site while you wait for their database to find you more sites to review.

uLinkx

uLinkx distinctively helps you Earn Money by sharing your playlist and videos. The more you share your collected videos and playlist, the more you Earn Money. It goes on the simple rule of you share your playlist/videos with your friends and we will share the revenue with you. In essence, you provide your google adsense client id and we will start displaying google ads using your information.

People want to get paid for blogging. They want to get paid to blog about whatever they want to write about. People want to get paid to write things that they have knowledge about when it comes to their blog. It’s no fun writing about ads when you are not interested in ads. It’s not fair when you join a syndicate that will use your writing or blog at Washington Post to be republished. The reason is you get no pay.

How to Start Making Money Selling Items on Ebay for Others

If you have a basic knowledge how to buy and sell on eBay, you can help others sell their trinkets and collectibles on eBay, and you can earn a little pocket change.

Begin by becoming an eBay member, if you are not a member already. Membership is free. New members should start buying low-cost items, such as e-books, to start getting a feedback score. Your feedback score is very important on eBay because it denotes how people perceive you as a buyer and a seller. Once you start buying items, make sure to pay for the item as quickly as possible. Sign up for a PayPal account, which is also free. PayPal is the most popular way for exchanging money online.

After you achieve a feedback score of 10 or greater with a 100% positive rate, take a dip into the selling pool. Find something around your house that is collecting dust, like a DVD or CD you never play anymore. If you have a scanner, scan it; if you have a camera, take a picture of it. If you have neither, ask a friend for assistance. Crop the image as best as you can so not to distract from what is for sale. Write up an honest description of your item. If you a selling a CD without the jewel case or the artwork, put it in the description. Honesty is always the policy. Being upfront about a nick on an old Beatles album saves you many headaches in the long run. Be sure to use spell check with everything you write.

The next thing you need to figure out how much it is going to be to ship your item. A word to the wise: don't try to ship things such as large appliances, large furniture, large exercise equipment, golf clubs, etc. because you are going to come out on the wrong side of a losing battle. Reserve large items for the local pickup only option. If you have a DVD or CD you need to ship, you can buy appropriate sized mailers at your local office supply store, or you can also find great buys on eBay for shipping supplies. It is also important to pack your items well and professionally. If a package arrives all ragged and dented, it projects that the seller cares little about the item sold. Take a trip to your local post office to find out what you can about shipping rates and the different options. If you have a portable shipping scale, you can weigh and measure the package so that eBay can calculate the shipping costs. Don't forget to add in a $2 to $3 handling fee for your time. Once you get accustomed to shipping, you can do all your shipping tasks from home.

Once you setup your payment options, you can list your item. Auction-style items usually run for 7 days. Price your item appropriately. If you price your item too high, you run the risk not getting any bites. If you price it too low, people may assume you're selling junk. Only put a reserve price on those items you can't afford to sell below a certain price. The eBay fees will probably be less than what you spend on a cup of coffee.

As you begin building a strong presence on eBay, your confidence is going to grow. You have sold what you can from your attic and basement. You have heard people in your local coffee shop speak about an antique Tiffany lamp they found and want to sell. Your interest peaks; you want to sell the Tiffany lamp. You speak up and inquire if they have any familiarity selling on eBay. They answer: "What's eBay?" They don't even own a computer-hard to believe in the 21st century. Your wheels start turning in your mind. You offer to sell the lamp for a percentage fee-35 or 40 percent of the final sale. You shake their hand, promising to return the next day.

Immediately, you run home and draw up a consignment contract for selling items for people. You try to think of every stipulation possible; you copy all the options and fees available to make a sale. It's typewritten neatly. You return to the coffee shop the next morning, with consignment contract in hand. You get the deal done and arrange to go take pictures of the lamp. Soon, it will be on eBay, peaking every Tiffany lamp collector's interest out there. A week later, the lamp sells for a little bit more than you thought. All parties are pleased.

The rumors get around town that you are the person to go to when somebody needs help selling something. You put flyers and business cards up in every public place out there. Three months later, you have your open a part-time business working from home.
A word to my readers: selling consignment items on eBay is possible, and many people are successful. Like anything else, selling successfully on eBay takes work and a little research. Don't get discouraged if every sale is successful. It may take some trial and error to get things right. Be optimistic in everything you do.

It's not just selling, clicking on ads and doing old school things. There are actually many more websites that can help you make money doing a lot of creative things.

Of all the services that exist, I'm writing here the most popular ones so you can get the most out of the information I'm giving.

Squidoo

Did you know that you could make money just by writing about things you like? At Squidoo you can create hundreds of pages which would bring you money every single month. The amount of money you get depends of several factors, of course, but you'll learn them easily in day or two if you actually start writing and participating in the community.

PayPerPost

Blogging can make you serious money too at PayPerPost. If you have a popular blog, you can go and write reviews or do sponsored offers on it. In return, you'll get 50$ to 1000$ for every written review. This is very good if you have a popular blog and a loyal audience.

Thirty Day Challenge

I've noticed in recent months that many “complete suite” websites appeared which told you they are going to teach you for free to start making money online. Well, Thirty Day Challenge is the most popular one. To make things interesting, they made a free challenge to make your first $10 online. I like the concept.

10 Useful Tips for Earning Money Online Through PTC / PTR Programs

There are a number of ways of earning money online of which one of the most popular are the PTC Sites. PTC means Paid to Click where you join websites and are paid to click the ads which are published on these websites. PTR means Paid to Read where you are paid for the emails which are available in the inbox of the respective sites. There is a thin dividing line between PTC's and PTR's and most of the website include both paid to click links and paid to read mails. In the following paragraphs these programs will be talked about and will be addressed as PTC which will mean to include PTR's also.

Below are 10 useful tips in order to succeed and maximize your earnings from PTC sites.

These tips will specially help if you are new to PTC sites. Following these suggestions will lead to less frustration and more satisfaction while trying out the world of PTC programs.

Referrals

One of the most important ways of making money from PTC Sites is through Referrals. For these before joining any website it is always better to tie up with friends or colleagues. You can join a PTC site under them and they can join under you. This really helps and will benefit you both. Normally you will be able to make online friends through social sites and you can have a good partnership to sign up under each other.

If you are unable to network with friends and colleagues then you should first sign up for programs such as Get Ref. This program gives you credit for joining PTC Sites, PTR Sites and Survey Sites. You can then use the credits to get a referral under you for one of the sites of your choice.

Other places for getting referrals signed under you would be your own blog and social sites. You can even mention on your blog that you are interested in Exchange Link Referral.

Low Minimum Payout

If you are new to PTC's it is always best to join sites which have a low minimum payout. Joining sites having a low minimum payout means that you can reach minimum payout soon without having referrals.

I have had success with sites such as Kooplinks (Minimum Payout $ 0.02), PTC-House (Minimum Payout $ 0.02) and Click Salary (Minimum Payout $ 0.01) and have been paid often by them. Joining these sites will atleast give you some comfort with PTC sites and some earnings to encourage you to continue with PTC programs.

High Rate Per Click

The standard rate for clicking an ad and reading an email is $ 0.01. However sites paying 1 cent per click will normally have minimum payout at $10. But there are exceptions where sites have minimum payout at $ 3 (eg: Earn3).

There are other sites which pay $0.0001 to $0.0025 per click. Here the minimum payout is usually low ranging between $0.02 to $1.

There are some sites where the ads pay much lower than this. However such sites need to be usually avoided.

The most important thing is to strike a balance between rate per click and minimum payout. Thus sites where you can reach the minimum payout early are the ones which need to be targeted first. For this you can use a formula that is Minimum Payout divided by the Earnings Per Day which will give you the Days in which you can reach Minimum Payout.

Cash Out

It is always advisable to Cash Out as soon as you reach minimum payout. You will know whether a site is genuine or not once you reach minimum payout and it has paid you. Thus it is best to cash out rather than wait to earn more and then decide to convert into Cash.

Once the site has paid you learn about the authenticity of these websites. For example, if the minimum payout for a site is $0.02 then it is best to cash out each time you reach $0.02 rather than waiting to reach $1 and then cashing out.

Time taken to Pay

Some sites pay within a period of 2 days from requesting payout. There are others which pay within a week, while others take as long as a month or 2 months to pay. This is one of the terms which needs to be read before joining a PTC site. Normally users miss out on this term and end up frustrated after requesting payout.

Again it is important to initially join sites which pay within 2 days or at least a week.

Mode of Payment

Sites normally pay via Paypal, Alertpay or E-Gold. These are the most popular ways of paying online. There are some other programs through which the payment is sent. You need to be a member of these sites in order to request payment. You will need to provide the email address which you have used while registering for the above programs to the PTC site programs.

You need to make sure whether Paypal, Alertpay and E-Gold are available in your country of residence.

Very few sites send check on requesting payout.

International sites or limited to certain countries

Some sites are restricted to certain countries. You may join these sites initially only to realize later that the site is not international. There are also certain sites which have ads based on your country of residence. Thus there may be fewer ads for one country and more ads for another country. Find out about such policies before joining the PTC / PTR programs.

Always Ask Before Joining A PTC Site

It is always better to find out the review of a site before joining. There are a number of new sites which keep coming up and some of these are scams. Thus if you are new with PTC's it is better to find out which sites have paid other users. You can get a lot of information about whether a site is legitimate or not from social websites and you can discuss with online friends whether a site has paid or not. It is really sad if you click and don't get paid on reaching minimum payout or if you joined a PTC program only to find that it has closed after a few days.

You can also find information on a number of blogs which give data as to which sites have paid along with payment proof. You will also find out other information such as minimum payout, payout policy etc. on some of the blogs.

Referrals

All sites will offer a package for purchasing referrals. Again before purchase of referrals it is better to find out the genuineness of the site.

As a rule of the thumb I don't advise purchasing referrals. May be at the most you can consider reinvesting a little sum earned from sites by purchasing referrals from them, though this may also not be advisable at most times. It depends on the risk appetite which you have.

You would not want to lose money in an effort to earn some.

Points

Some PTC / PTR programs give points for clicking on ads. There are some programs which allow you to convert these points into cash. Others allow you to purchase ads and links. It is important to find out how you can use the points and then decide whether you want to click on the ads giving points.

Finally it is important to devote time on a daily basis in order to be successful in the PTC business. So happy clicking.

The Thing About Online Scams

Have you ever been scammed on the internet? Well, if you are like me you would have had a few not so good experiences with the so-called internet gurus.

After a number of experiences, I have become wiser and will never make the same mistakes again.

I used to have the erroneous believe (out of inexperience) that one can make lots of money on the internet without so much effort. A few lost dollars and frustrations later I now know better and I have made up my mind never to allow others fall into the same pit I fell into.

I have learnt that making money on the internet takes a lot of cmmitment, hardwork, lots of patience and learning. Remember nothing good comes easy.

This article is not to say that wealth creation on the internet is impossible am just saying that there are too many scammers out there on the internet and they usually prey on newbies (newcomers) and the inexperienced on the internet.

They use various means and hype in their marketing efforts to get your attention and ultimately your money and leave you high and dry. I remember my first experience with a site(I cant remember the URL now) the site gimmick, promised I can make $1000 in just a week without doing so much with little or no experience. Now ,as at that time I needed a lifting and was ready to do just about anything to make money but not stealing or crime, in short, I was desperate,

I quickly funded my e-gold account and made my payments, you can imagine my frustration after paying $49.99 through my e-gold account and am still waiting for a response from the site owner today 3years and disappointments later. I practically did all I could to contact the site owner through the email given on the site until my mail started coming back as undelivered. The only response I got was the confirmation that my payment was received.

All efforts to reach them on the site proved abortive, I therefore gave up and licked my wound of frustrations. It was painful need less to say that I lost believe in the internet. My second experience was funny too but I can tell you that it was my fault to have become a victim of an internet scam the second time.

So, how can you recognize a scam on the internet? There a re various ways, the followings are some of the things to look out for:

Most scam sites will never give a phone number on their site. In fact, if and when they give, try calling such numbers its either it's not working or it's disconnected.

There is always so much hype about the product or program, too many marketing terms are cramped into the sales letter and it usually have a very strong sense of urgency for you to pay up or join the program. If you pay, the product will not be anything near what was said about it in the sales letter. Consider this advert “Make $2500 in just 2 weeks, the best program ever online, sign up today and start making money with no effort or little experience”. My advice when you see such is RUN! RUN!!RUN!!!

Another thing is the content of the site: the grammar is usually badly composed. You will usually find too many grammatical blunders on the site. However; most of them have perfected this by giving their articles to freelance copywriters who help them with good write-ups.

They will not disclose their address, and will only give you an email that is most likely non-functional, When you see an email on a site you are interested in, send them and email with the address given ,if you don't get a response in 3 days, then forget it, serious minded business will usually respond within 48 hours.

They will not display the secured site code on their site and will most likely avoid using the secure and more reliable payment processors such as paypal.

They usually carry too-good-to-be-true promises, remember if it's too good to be true then it probably is, e.g. the stuff envelopes from home.

If an offer for an online business requires you to keep a business a secret, then you must know that you are in for a scam.

When you get emails from people you don't know asking to transfer money to your account and requires your account details, dear friend avoid it at all costs. In fact delete the message immediately.

There are other ways to discover these scams, but the points raised here will definitely help, if given attention.

Chacha: Earn While You Learn

In the search to find a way to add extra income while being a stay at home mom i have learned quite a bit. There are the survey for money sites that give you pennies for their surveys, there are also the read email for money site that also give you pennies for reading however there is a site that will pay you actual money for work!

The site is ChaCha, a human-powered search and answer service. There you can become a guide and take text inquiries right from your computer (desktop or laptop) and research the answer and send it back to them. Sounds easy right? It can be but it can also be frustrating trying to find some ambiguous answers. ChaCha uses real people for real answers both desktop and text inquiries.

On the ChaCha site at the bottom of the page there is the link for becoming a guide. In order to be a guide you must be over 18 and live in the United States and have access to a desk or laptop computer. There are steps that you have to take in order to become one but with a little concentrated effort and determination it is feasible to do. Plus you have to have and use Fire Fox browser (simple download and user friendly browser) in order for it to work for you. I became a guide in a little over a week's time. Each step brought me closer to my ultimate goal of earning some extra REAL money instead of pennies per month.

I became a guide February 25, 2008 and quickly earned enough money to be paid on March 15th. There are two ways to be paid, one is a pay me now which you are sent an ATM card with what you earn on it or a direct deposit in which you fax them a voided check and they deposit your earnings into your bank account. I currently have direct deposit and it did go right on in to my account just as it was supposed to. It is no scam; it is a real honest to goodness way to earn some money.

There is a potential of earning a bit more if you can get referrals but you have a limit on how many you may have. They have to post your email addy on the first page of sign up in order for them to possibly become your referral otherwise the opportunity is lost. They must also pass through all the steps and become an official guide as well. If you would like to become one of my referrals, I would be pleased and thrilled or if you have any questions drop me a note and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

I am a real person and this is a real opportunity. I have been taken in by scams, who hasn't? But this is real and not some nonsense being tossed around, check it out! I honestly am earning real money and learning things at the very same time, as well as helping others. I really do love this opportunity and wanted to share it.
