Youtube Uploading From a Camera

Youtube is a phenomenon that is sweeping the internet; users just upload and share videos among friends easily. Until now, users need to manually edit a video to the specific resolution and size to fit the requirement for Youtube uploads. Not anymore as the JVC new Everio S series has a one button upload function to Youtube-the GZ-Ms100 is also the first in the series that records directly to SD card media. With the one button settings for Youtube, users can easily record any footage without needing to worry of the settings needed to comply and still record high quality video.

According to Hirokazu Tamura, Managing Diretor, JVC Sales & Service(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, the GZMS100 is introduced to fill in a big market that is currently the forefront of creativity – young users that frequents the internet. “ YouTube is the place where stars of tomorrow are being discovered, new products are being introduced and where new fashion and social trends are staring. Users knows quality is key, but recording from a mobile phone is not what people equate quality recording with. Thus, the GMZ-MS100 is introduced with its one button Youtube upload feature”, says Mr Tamura again.

With the GMZ-MS100, JVC also made a conscious effort to reverse the inflationary trend by bringing in this quality product with lower price. This results in the new GZ-MS100 being priced at RM500 less than the competitor. With an aim of capturing 60% of the ‘new media’ camcorder market in the next 5 months, JVC may have a winning combination here with GZ-MS100 –its full feature camcorder body coupled with its ability to record to SD cards, is experiencing a drop in retail price, making it an attractive investment for JVC’s targeted users.

The Internet Battle: Bandwidth Restrictions on Free Service

A few months ago, Bell Canada, a leading service provider for satellite television, high-speed internet and cell phone service, has moved to set a limit on the amount of internet bandwidth all Canadian internet companies can offer their members, regardless of whether or not they’re in some way connected to Bell themselves.

Bell has applied for a 2 GB monthly bandwidth limit for dial-up users of Canadian companies, and a 60 GB monthly limit for high-speed users. This means that yours truly, who is currently operating on dial-up internet, will be extremely angered by the fact that he will no longer be able to download an unlimited amount of Cartoon Network videos on YouTube.

In my opinion, Bell has no right to interfere with the policies of other internet companies within Canada. Right now, dial-up service has unlimited bandwidth, so although it takes longer to download videos and upload files, I can download or upload an unlimited amount of content. With this rule in place, Bell will essentially rule over the internet market in Canada. Pay a monthly fee for a limited amount of dial-up bandwidth, or pay an even higher monthly fee for a limited amount of high-speed bandwidth. They have no right to enforce this upon us. It’s just another way to force us to upgrade to high-speed and pay more money.

I don’t know about you, but I have enough monthly expenditures at the moment. I don’t even have cable or satellite television right now - I’m still working off my old trusty rabbit ears; well, at least until they change the signal next year to high-definition. But that’s another topic to discuss.

For the moment, Bell is appealing to the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to implement their internet limits on the other Canadian providers. As for me? All I can do is hope that the appeal is rejected, but seeing as how the CRTC is the same liberal-corrupted commission that banned most of the U.S. television networks from sending their signals to Canada (including Cartoon Network and Sci-Fi), I’m doubtful.

How to Find Topics to Blog About

I can't say that I am the world's best blogger, or even close to that, but I think I have a strong sense of what people want to read about. So here are some of my favorite ways to find topics:

Go to whatever news site or news paper that you read and find the most interesting story in it. You can even use some local news subjects, like local crime and political decisions. If your using an national or international topic, you want to start with lots of research. Study up on the subject, and then start writing. Make sure to use your own words when you write, you want to avoid any legal issues. And you should probably list sources at the end as well. Now for local articles, if you are going to use one of these make sure that it is either funny or extremely interesting. Once you have the perfect article, try to get more information on it from local sources, then again write in your own words an article about it on your blog. Hopefully other people share your sense of humor or share similar interests. The hottest topic right now is Politics, Politics and more politics.

Watch YouTube. YouTube is one of the best places to find out what people are interested in. Go into the most discussed or most viewed videos sections in the video tab. Go through the list and find something that you can blog about. You can really b.og about anything. You can embed a funny video on your page and say your opinion on it. If you find a how-to video embed it, and give some more information and explain the how-to further. Then once again news. You can find a news video that millions of people have watched and write more information and go further into the subject.

Just talk to people. Find out what they are interested in and then write about it.

And one last way is to review things. The most popular reviews are usually on electronics, but also you can review video games, movies, and books. You might even like to make a video to accompany your review to show the device or anything in more depth. Also put lots of pictures on the page.

Hope this has helped you and hope to see you blogs in the future.

Top YouTube Videos Sweeping the Internet

Show Me Your Genitals (Mature)

A very creative idea by an aspiring YouTube video maker is very funny. Although I do recommend this to your friends if non of them are easily offended, women, or can't take jokes. I can definitely see why this video is so popular. It has a nice, catchy beat, very well written lyrics, and a perfect singer for the song.

Normal Instant Messaging Conversation

Believe it or not, this video was made by that young guy in the video. I don't think he is even legal enough to drive! Anyways, I really laughed when I first saw this video, and to this day it is still making me chuckle every time I see it. I really think that this video, and the kid making it, deserves way more veiws for this hilarious video.

Dramatic Chipmunk

This video just puzzles me. The title of this article is "Top YouTube Videos Sweeping the Internet," but I never said they were going to be funny or entertaining. I dont understand why this video even has more than 10 views. I guess it is just one of those popular internet memes that catches like wildfire and everyone uses them.

Evolution of Dance

Easily one of the best, if not the best YouTube video ever made. This funny, yet realistic portrayal of the evolution of dance hits the nail on the head. Really, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy makes it in Hollywood. He has some serious talent. I can't begin to imagine how he got over 100 million veiws. Oh wait, I can. That video is freaking hilarious!

How to Kill a Day on the Internet

If you want a easy way to pass time AND be lazy on the computer at the same time, you have come to the right place.

Flash Games

This method is probably the easiest. Simply go to www.newgrounds.com and there you can play hundreds of flash games and watch even more flash animated movies. Some quick picks for games are....

Gem Quest, Age of War, Bloons, and Endless Zombie Rampage

YouTube

This method is probably the laziest cause all you really do is sit there and watch movies. I really don't think that i need to give a tutorial about this site so ill just list some quick picks.

Arby n' Cheif, Brad Puking Alot, David Blaine, and Wheres Waldo?

Wikipedia

This method keeps your brain moving (most of the time). Type in www.wikipedia.org, enter something in the search bar, and there you have instant knowledge of just about everything. I find it somewhat fun to see how far i can get from what i typed in. Example: going from Televison to Kärlekens språk.

How to Use YouTube to Drive Traffic to Your Website

YoutTube alone is responsible for 10% of the entire web traffic. This means that for every 10 MB of web traffic used around the world, YouTube uses 1 MB. What makes YouTube so popular? Everyone can share their videos and videos just so happens to be the most entertaining media ever invented. It's no match for audio or text alone.

Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Google, says that there are 10 hours of video being uploaded into YouTube... every minute! If you watch one minutes of video on YouTube you are missing 10 other hours. It's more video that you can ever watch in your entire life even if you lived 100 years. So you can YouTube has a true traffic potential that 99% webmasters don't know how to profit from it yet. You already have an advantage.

The first thing you must do is to create an account and a profile for your website. If your website is about cars on www.cars.com for make an account for it with a good description about the site plus some links to the most important webpages.

The next step is to upload some really cool car videos specially the ones made by you. Place a water mark on the video with the URL of the site so the user can see all the time where he has to go if he wants more.

Now don't forget to make a very good channel for it. People love channels specially the ones that match their preferences. You can use YouTube statistics to learn what people love about your videos.

OK, now people already know where your site is thanks to the links and the URL inside the videos. Now if you really want to make them visit your site you should try some more aggressive strategies. The first one os to upload incomplete videos to make people have to visit your site for more, just like incomplete RSS feeds. Most people will jump right away to your site. Oh, and don't forget to ad more ads than usual on the landing page. It's profitable!

The second aggressive way to drive more people from YouTube to your site is to share the video URL on major social networks such as StumbleUpon, Digg, Technorati and Del.icio.us.

Finally you should add the logo as your YouTube image to make a clear association. Don't add some random image your people might go away. Remember the trust factor. There are endless places to go to on the web and like Eric Schmidt says, trust is the most important currency on the web. This applies as well to any other thing in life. No trust, no nothing.

To rank higher on YouTube you need to make your video popular. Share the URL in forums and blogs you already participate. Since you have the trust of the community you can easily enjoy more traffic than if you joined a new forum right now which by the way could get you banned from the forum and YouTube...

Send some messages to YouTube members you already know. I am sure they will enjoy your site if it matches their preferences, just make sure they like cars first. Check their YouTube favorites.

Good luck!

Four Awesome Instructional DIY Websites

These are four of the most useful websites in existence for anyone looking to learn a trade, art, troubleshoot, DIY hobby, or general know-how. I have found that these are websites to aide you in continuing your education or furthering your "game" when it comes to hobbies or leisure activities.

Yahoo! Answers

This is a great network of general purpose “Q&A” forums.

When you are stumped on how to reboot your frozen iPod or remove the latest pain-in-the-neck Trojan Virus that got past your Norton software, these forums are similar to knocking on your neighbors door and asking them to take a look at the problem. There are tons of very knowledgeable, eager to lend a hand surfers on the web.

They say the only stupid question is one that isn't asked. So, if you can't find the answer you are looking for, simply post a new thread for your own question. It's extremely easy.

The down side is that you are potentially getting misinformation from people just as qualified as you… meaning they own a computer connected to the internet. Take everything you get with a grain of salt and do as much fact checking as possible.

Wiki Answers

This is a better quality version of the same forums as set by Yahoo! Answers; however, the moderation of this site tends to weed out more of the scam artists and internet thugs. I also find that Wiki Answers has slightly less traffic than Yahoo! Answers, but that traffic is of a more expert nature. The responses on Wiki Answers to most formed questions tends to have a more in-depth, researched response as opposed to a “know-it-all-who-actually-knows-nothing” short-hand response like Yahoo! Answers.

But, again keep in mind that these are everyday people and their information can be wrong.

YouTube

I know what you're thinking… YOUTUBE? ARE YOU KIDDING?

To use YouTube effectively to educate yourself you need to be good at narrowing your searches. Most anything you are looking to accomplish, someone else has videotaped themselves doing it. Unfortunately, you have to sift through the mountainous pile of dribble and utter crap on YouTube first. But beneath all of the terribly done acoustic covers of songs that already sucked and videos of preteen girls dancing in front of the mirror, there is quality information.

I have watched videos on cooking, software tutorials, car repair, and music instruction. The good thing about a YouTube Tutorial is that unlike the text responses on Wiki Answers or Yahoo! Answers, you are watching a firsthand video and will definitely notice if the person in the video fails the objective.

ExpertVillage

I use Expert Village almost daily for guitar lessons and cooking tips. This site is absolutely awesome. There are videos and text files instructing you on nearly every topic you could come up with. The browse interface works fairly well and you could easily waste hours sifting through all the interesting topics.

The best part is that these videos are all recorded and hosted by ACTUAL Experts. Every post has a description of the person posting the video. Typically you'll notice that these are professionals or professors with decades of experience in the field of topic they are discussing.

Expert Village has an application process that sifts out the weaklings. If a user can't show credentials or a CV that supports their "expert" status they are not allowed to post.

The quality of this information is exponentially higher than any other site out there. The tutorials are broken up into short, manageable bits of information that are small enough to be streamed with even the slowest of connections.

In this document im going to tell you how to make a awesome 1million views video for youtube and other similar web pages

Be original: everybody hates copycats, so if you are going to make a video google it to make sure it doesnt exist.(example: dont copy videos like smosh or it is a good ideo to microwave and stuff like that)

Make it short: nobody likes 15min videos for only 1 stupid joke(Example why the chiken crossed the road...blablabla bla blabla blablablablablabla blablablablablabla)

Tutorials and howto videos: If the video is for info go straight to the point, dont remember last videos or other tutorials.

You have to be clear: make sure that anyone can understand what you are saying, dot use tecnical words and stuff like that.

Audio:if the video is just a moviemaker, get a cool soundtrack on it, and make sure that the music goes acording the images(Example: dont put a X-mas soundtrack in a Easter video )

Family videos:Never upload videos of you, friends or family doing stupid stuff, cuz if you do you,you wont get a lot of viewers(maybe offencive coments) and by some reason you make a cool video, that video is going to be in your profile.
