Recently we have started hearing a lot about the people who become rich by entering into network marketing business. A lot companies are also showing interest in selling out their products through this direct selling method. The coming of large scale enterprises to the network marketing field prompts many people to think making it as an additional source of income. Many of them are even ready to quit their present assignments to become a full time worker of this field. These people prefer to act as the coordinators of this business for the companies.

The benefits of setting up a network marketing system

You can find all sorts of articles in the network marketing field. You can market anything through this business chain without investing much for the advertisement of the product. Many companies start thinking of cutting down their advertisement costs by setting up a network market system to sell out their products in the markets. They can also enjoy the benefits of the work of the large number of people who affiliate to this program by purchasing the products the company offer through a direct selling network marketing system. People who take part in this business as distributors or agents can also make additional income by the recruitments they made to the net work. What all you have to do is to convince the benefits of joining a scheme like this to a third party.

The importance of duplication in network marketing

You might have heard about the stories of the persons who have failed to gain anything from this business. Most of the people who fail to make their network marketing business a success admit their inability to duplicate the number of customers to keep the network active and strong. Duplication or replication is the bases of the network marketing business. If you are not in a position to double up the number of persons involved in the business you may end up as a failure in network marketing business.

The success of a network marketer lies in his willingness to take action. He is expected to add more consumers to this network. The failure in adding more people to the chain will lead to the collapse of the chain making it a flop business. If you expect returns from your business, it is your responsibility to add new persons to this network by convincing them the benefits of joining a network marketing system.

The key to success

Effective duplication is the key to success in a network marketing system. You will have to put extra effort during the initial period of setting up the business. You should be able to spare a lot of time to keep in contact with the persons you have recruited to the business. If you allow the person you added to the chain to go, you may find it difficult to get the income you expect from network marketing.

It is your duty to explore new avenues and means to increase the member strength of the network. It is good to provide training to your associates and recruiters in frequent intervals to keep them active in the network. You can arrange classes to teach them the basics of marketing. It will help them to keep their enthusiasm high. He will also feel confidence in approaching a third person with an intention to market the product and add a new member to the chain.

The role of simple business strategy

The business strategies you prepare for your business also play a crucial role in adding more number of persons to your business network. It is always better to keep your business plan a simple one to make it digestible to all go through it. A business plan with complicated terms and conditions will keep people away from your business. Your associates or recruiters also may find it difficult to communicate such a plan to their clients. Train your recruiters and associates till they are good in communicating the plan effectively. It will help you to earn more members to your network marketing.

How to set up a role model for the associates

It is important to provide practical training to the persons who work with you to make network marketing business a success. Teaching them with the theories of marketing is easy. But you should set up a realistic example for them by implementing the theories you taught them in the theory classes. It will help them to improve their confidence level. If you want to duplicate network marketing, try to be a good leader for the persons working with them.

Importance of communication with the clients

Communication with your clients plays a crucial role in doubling the network marketing business. It is important to contact with the persons you recruit to this network on a regular basis. It will help you to prevent drop outs from the chain. You will also get a clear picture of the marketing condition and the feed back of the products purchased by them.

Most of the people who join in a network marketing system lose their interest in the business due to the lack of motivation. It is the responsibility of the person who recruits one to the chain to keep him interested in the business by talking to him or at least by sending regular mails or making calls to him.

Technological advancement-duplication

Local contacts and the family connections were the only way to recruit people to this business till recently. Now a day people involved in this business make use of the internet and the development of information technology to get the best out of this business. It is easy to find new customers in the internet. Acquaintance is no more a criterion to make one join in a network marketing business now. Latest trends in information technology now help the members of network marketing a lot to duplicate their business by adding new members to their business network.

Five Reasons Why Referral System Should Not be Promoted

Numerous websites encourage their members to actively recruit friends and relatives to sign up under them. It becomes annoyed and unethical. Everyone declares that they will help you making more money. They post their link in forums, privately send you emails, you got sucked into it, and you spend so many hours checking it out. Finally, you realize that is just another way they get you to sign up under them for more referrals. Yes, they are nice, and helping to point out which sites you should consider, but the bottom line is they want to get more “workers” for themselves.

Integrity
How do you feel about people making money on your hard work? Do you make money on introducing your friend to a job? If he/she got the job, your friend thanks you and probably takes you out for dinner, to show his/her gratitude, but that is all. I oppose to this kind of money making because I think its integrity is greatly diminished. If you want to earn money, then do the work yourself. Search the internet, type in what you are looking for, go directly to the site, and sign yourself up.

Spam
Since referral system is what earns people money, they start to look for ways to post their links everywhere. Your email address received hundreds of spam a week. This spam results in viruses, hacking, and dishonesty. People add you as your friends in the forum are actually just looking for a way to get you to sign up at their site. Just mention the phrase “makes extra money” then you have lots of people looking into it. Those three words are quite powerful in their own persuasive ways. Be cautious about what you sign up or be ready to close your email account.

Myth
Time, energy, and effort are wasted in trying to get a piece of the internet money making promises. If it's all that easy, nobody will hold a job anymore. Everybody will flock to the internet and sign up for those get paid to click, read emails, sign up for offers, taking surveys, and earn from your referral sites. For years, I was that sucker to this myth. I spent so much time trying to do the clicks, read emails, taking surveys, and promote my paid sites in order to meet my pay out, but as soon as I was about to reach pay out, the companies either went under or disappeared.

Work ethics
What happens to “you get what you put in”? Why is it all right to make money on the people that sign up under you? Did you do the work yourself? Did you put in a second of reading that email, clicking that ad, or answering that survey? Well, if the answer is no, then you didn't earn it. Did you put the time to write that article? Somebody did, and that somebody happened to sign up under you, so you earn their royalties. Really, is it right? Is that the principle? Is it fair? If those sites pay those extra pennies to the people that actually put in the work themselves, then we would have good work ethics.

Values
Writers, especially, work very hard to write their articles. Would Ernest Hemingway, or Emily Dickenson, or F. Scott Fitzgerald mind if someone is making money from their work? Sure they do! You will have a law suit on your hands if you make money from their writing. It is the same values that we should take into consideration. In these days, the moral values seem to be a thing of the past. I don't want to earn a penny from anyone's hard work, and I don't want anyone to make money from my hard work either.

The referral system is out of control. Most people join forum sites to promote what they believe will yield them most referrals. Loud headline such as “this site will pay you 5 cents per click” brought in a wave of responses. Quieter recruiters declare that they only want to help, just go to their sites, and check them out. What we don't know is that when you click on their links, their identification numbers or tracker or user numbers is rooted in it. So really, are they helping anybody, or are they helping themselves? Take a stand, refuse to be a sucker in this referral system, work hard on your own, make money on your own, and enjoy the fruit of your own labor!
