How To Play:

Pick any number of topics you want in your preferences, but make certain to enable XXX content (adult content). This is the digital equivalent of loading the chambers of the gun.

Anytime you click the stumbleupon button, wait to see if you get the following content:

1. Internet Meme (Rickroll, "Motivational Poster", LOLCat, etc)
2. Random Photo Site
3. SEO Blog/Website
4. List of [insert topic] (Photoshop brushes, tutorials, freeware, etc)
5. Digg (or an article snippet leading to another real article)
6. Something Which Is Mentally Scarring (read: most of 4chan)
7. Porn (from mild to extreme)
8. A search engine result or Wikipedia type article
9. Random image on it's own (also classified as an online comic)
10. Something which can be classified as Illegal (Torrents, Downloads, Etc)

Now that we've defined the  "bullets", everything else can be defined as empty chambers. The idea is simple:

When you press the Stumble Button, whatever site that comes up can be defined by these rules. If it counts as a Bullet, then you rate it up or down with only the following as a comment: "BANG!". You must write the comment if it is a bullet.

If it is not a Bullet, then feel free to rate it and write whatever you want as the comment.

There you go, very simple.

Why is this game so fun?

The very nature of Stumbleupon makes this game perfect, and highly entertaining. Stumbleupon is geared toward figuring out your browsing habits and then sending you more of what you like, so every time you rate something with a thumbs up, stumbleupon notes that and tries to bring you more of the same theme. This, in turn, make it more fun for the following reasons:

1. Whether it's bad or not, people will inevitably thumbs up something from the bullet chamber. This in turn increases the likelihood that more bullets will be loaded into the chamber.

2. The real fun comes with people intentionally loading the chamber with bullets. ie: intentionally searching for porn or bullet content and rating it in order to get it circulating in the stumble directory.

Are you a web designer? You should want to know more about web 2.0 styles. Here I am going to tell about the process of making a web 2.0 style logo. You can use Photoshop CS+ for creating a logo like this. You just follow me.

  1. Just open your Adobe Photoshop and click on the file button (In windows) then new choose the width and height as 640x480. Color mode is RGB and resolution is 72 pixels /inch. Color mode is 8 bit also.
  2. Then you can get a white screen on the monitor. Just drag it and place in center. You should use 100% zooming to make good performance in logo designing.
  3. Click on the horizontal type tool and type your company name with a cool font. I am used “forte MT”. You can download this from the web for free at 1001 fonts.com.
  4. We are going to make a cool blue style in Photoshop. Just follow me… Right click on the layer which layer you used to type the company name. And select Blending options.
  5. We can start from drop shadow. Check the drop shadow box and change the opacity to 75%. Set angle as 120 degree. Set the distance into 0 and set size into 5 doesn't change the other values.
  6. The next step is putting a stroke around it. Size is 1 and the opacity is 100%. Then the color is # 4D882B.
  7. Then we want to add a gradient into it. Just check the gradient box and follow the steps given below.

Gradient Creation

  1. Create a color tab and put this color # 77BF1B for it and drag that into the left end
  2. Create another tab and put # 56AA1F for that. Then drag it into the center of the gradient.
  3. Create next tab and put #8BCC63 for that. Then drag it into the center.
  4. Then create the last tab and put # 53AA20 color for that and drag that into the right end

Then the gradient should looks like this.

Then set the angle into 90 degree and set the opacity into 100%. You should change the scale into 100 if that is not preset.

You can give a reflection for that by creating a duplicating layer and flipping that vertically. Just try that if you want. I can see the result if you put a reflection onto it.

Triond also pays them for the articles which they have written. In this article, I compare these two websites for only photo uploading. I am going to point out the advantages and disadvantages of Triond and Shareapic.

Triond publishes the photos in a website called Picable. In Picable, all photos are grouped in various categories such as nature photos, automobile photos or animations. Unlike Triond, Shareapic has no specific category to upload photos. When you sign up Shareapic, the first thing you need to do is to create your photo galleries. You need to group all your photos in order. If you want, you can create subcategories. Since Shareapic pays for only photo uploading, it is more popular than Picable. When you write “pay per photo uploading” onto your favourite search engine, you are definitely going to take the results of Shareapic not Triond. This is one of the drawbacks of Triond. But, of course, there are several advantages of Triond.

The major advantage of Triond is that they pay the users more than Shareapic. Shareapic pays the users 22 cents for each 1000 visits. However, the rate of Triond varies between 45 cents and 55 cents. As average, it is 50 cents. That is, Triond pays twice as much as Shareapic.

Shareapic only uses PayPal as a payment processor. Unlike Shareapic, Triond pays not only by Paypal but also Check and Western Union. If you live in a country where Paypal doesn't make payments, then it is nothing to make money by Shareapic since you never take those banknotes in your hands. This is one of my reasons which I prefer using Triond to Shareapic.

Promoting photos in Triond is easier than the photos in Shareapic. I've taken better stats for Triond up to now. I've added the same photo to both Triond and Shareapic. After being published, I promoted the same photo in Stumbleupon. The results were utterly different. In 3 days, my photo in Shareapic was shown only 270 times but the same photo in Triond was shown more than 1200 times. When I took the results in payment base, the results were completely diverging. I earned only 6 cents by Shareapic, but I made 60 cents by Triond.

The main advantage of Shareapic is that you should place your own Bidvertiser and Google Adsense codes under your photos. This means extra money for your pocket since Bidvertiser and Google Adsense advertise their links in your page.

In a nutshell, I side with Triond because I make more money with them.
