Paid to Click - Maybe

I recently had a foray into the world on internet Paid (PTC) to click sites. These sites tell you that you can make money by simply clicking on adverts submitted by their advertising clients. These clients pay for a certain amount of individual clicks to view their site and the clicker is at the other end of the line visiting these sites and being paid.

Now it is true, clickers can make money, however even the most optimistic site does not claim you can be a millionaire by clicking on the ads. The normal payment for each click is between 1 cent and .01 cent, it is possible to click probably 100 ads per hour, that is good going if you include changing between sites and if you can find enough adds to occupy you for an hour, so this equates to $1 per hour, not a very good wage. In my experience the vast majority, but not all, of these Pay To Click sites are scammers, none payers and fly by night.

There are many sites, blogs and web pages out there that claim to research and recommend the better and more trustworthy PTC sites, but coincidentally all these site have links which mean that they derive income from the sites they recommend so it is hardy impartial. I would suggest if you look at a site recommending a pay to click site, have a look at the links to such sites. In the bottom corner of your browser will be the URL, normally followed by an affiliate name, if you sign up to the PTC site using this link then the person whose site you were on will receive a similar payment to yourself for every click made.

Whilst affiliate schemes are of no cost to you, they can be a prime source of swindling. Theoretically, the affiliate is a person just like you is clicking on the provided advertised sites. Members can purchase affiliates for around $1 each this means that you can have these people clicking and making money for you as well. Members acquire affiliates by purchasing them or having your own link or web site extolling the virtues of certain sites. It is like a Multi Level Scamming at certain sites. The fraud is that many of these clickers are very clever software called a “bot” that appear to click, but after a short while the clicks get less and less until or before your original investment is used up.

The other area of swindle is the payment of hard clicked cents; the payment of cash is dependent on a minimum payout amount. Normally this is quite a reasonable amount although even when reached the actual payment is not guaranteed, even when it is, the timescale of payment can be expended considerably, I have heard of up to 100 days which is better than no payment at all.

Other elements lead me to suppose the PTC world is fraught with traps and frauds but are beyond the scope of this article. Please understand I am not accusing all sites of being unscrupulous, there are, I am sure, several good sites with honest operators but the overwhelming majority are rather dodgy. It is possible to make a reasonable income from these schemes, by purchasing hundreds of affiliates, however the risks are considerable.

Make Money Online: PTR Programs

Everyone claims that they can make thousands of dollars online, and in only just a few days. I bet you don't believe that. Neither do I. I have been looking for programs for making money online for years, and though there are some great programs out there, it is highly unlikely that you will make thousands-ever.

One of the easiest ways to get starting in making some extra cash online is through PTR programs. PTR, or Paid to Read, programs are programs that send you emails on a daily basis. In those emails is a link to a website. All of the PTR programs have timers, and once you have viewed the website for the specific amount of time, you have earned money. Most programs work on about 0.01 cent per email click. Now, that's one hundredth of a cent, not one cent. It will take you about one hundred clicks to get one penny.

But don't get discouraged. Most PTR members get most of their money from referrals. You will earn a percentage of the money they earn when they do their clicks. If you have a lot of referrals, you will get a lot more money without having to click as much.

PTR programs are great for making some spare change. It's not much, but one average, if you have a few referrals, you can make about ten dollars a month. It's not much, but if you are strapped for cash or if you just want to use your PRT income for eBay shopping, then it's a perfect way to get that little bit of extra income you are looking for.

Paid to Read Programs

Paid to read programs are a nice way to generate a second income so that you can do the things you never thought possible. You should always beware though because there might be people out there that are trying to scam you. Whenever you find a new program you should Google it and right away you will know if they are going to pay you or not.

There are many different programs out there that will pay you to read emails. Yes that is right to read emails. We all get them all the time so why not get paid to read them. Now this is not a get rich scheme. But you can get to where you can earn yourself a nice income on the side so you can do what you have always wanted to.

A good list of programs are found here. They all pay so you do not have to worry about getting your valuable time taking away from you.
