Grammar in Chatrooms

People usually do not use proper grammar and spelling in chat rooms. They say that its faster for them to type and its not a waste of time. That kind of grammar and spelling from chat rooms can turn into school work. When they continue the grammar and spelling they will get use to it and eventually forget how the proper grammar and spelling was done.

In the example the first person says “Wat r u doing?”, and the proper way of saying it would be “ What are you doing?”. The second person says “just chillin, nm?” and the proper way of saying that would be I am just chilling and doing nothing much. Soon people would forget to do the proper way and instead would do the lazy way!

The word "LOL" is the short abbreviated form of "Laughing out loud" as most of you know.
However have you ever thought how it begins and what it is evolving too?

Since ancient times, humans have always tried to make words shorter and easier to use. This is known as "Shorthand"

Well today, you can find out all you need and should know about the word "LOL" and much more.

A lot of people use this word; it derived during the age of computers and online communication. Some people say Bill gates invented it, which is a myth and possibly wrong. The person that created it is unknown and cannot be proven. However "LOL" did start during the creation of online communication for faster and easier typing. This word grew around the world as more people used it and spread its meaning.

Today, this word is used commonly online, and sometimes in real life. The word has grown into our English vocabulary and might someday be included in all or most dictionaries.

This word is no questionably the most common used abbreviation in real life other than street, roads etc.

There are very little facts about this word, scientific studies have shown that the word could have been created in USA or Russia or the UK but isn't accurate enough to make a decision.

People have us
ed this word in real life saying "LOL" - Pronounced “Loll”. Many people see these people as nerds, geeks, computer freaks and much more, but more and more of people are using it even though they are not "Lolling" themselves
in real life. It's a simple 3 lettered word which is changing history.
