This will knock your socks off! A music video that is interactive? Possibly the shape of things to come, this will certainly have you scratching your head and wondering how on earth they did that!

Mr. Picasso Head

Here you get the opportunity, with a huge variety of permutations and combinations that can come together to give you your very own take on the great man's style. Once you are done you can save the Picasso style drawing that you have created it and email it to your friends - or possibly some of your enemies too!

Autopsy

This website is definitely not for the faint hearted or for those who do not like the sight of a little blood. It is a step by step guide to what happens during an autopsy procedure. Watch with glee or your heart in your mouth as the first incisions are made and the bodily organs removed. A superb guide to what goes on in the autopsy room, but don't blame me if your dinner makes a reappearance!

Making Friends on the Internet

The internet has become the new Super Highway for information. You can now send and receive messages in almost no time at all. You can talk to people all around the world, share photos, writings, even meet people and grow new friendships that last a lifetime. Do you remember the days of snail mail? You would wait weeks sometimes months for a letter from a pen pal. Then it would come and the excitement within you would be boiling over because you finally got the mail. You would sit glued to the new letter reading and treasuring every last detail contained within it. I know, I sure do remember. But I also remember the let down as well because the advice or moment you were trying to share was long over by the time your friends received that precious letter you sent them.

The internet has rocketed forwards and what we once thought to be a great achievement of modern day technology has now become the dinosaur, yes a thing of the past. Businesses are being created and ran from home using computers and web sites all by means of this wonderful modern day technological advancement called the internet. The internet has bridged the gap and has eliminated the walls and miles that separate so many. With but a click of the mouse you can join and inform the entire world of news in a nana second. You can start your cam and within but a very few moments see your friends and talk with them almost as if you were sitting in their room with them.

If I were asked though what the internet has done for me and how has it changed my life? I would have to say, it has helped me to help others as well as myself. It has given me yet another family of great new friends. Friends that are always willing to sit and talk. Friends that share parts of their hearts with me that no other has seen. It has given me my life mate. It has taken me to all four corners of the world; giving me the tools and the means to see and reach deep into the hearts and mindsets of others. The internet has also brought me together with people of like mind and by doing so it has helped me to move forward on the walk of life I've chosen.

It has helped me to research many things and to catalog the results of my research. Yes, the internet has shown me that great endings often have small beginnings. It has become an ongoing educational part of my life and has helped me pass on the knowledge of my lifetime and the lessons I've learned along the way. Yes, for me the internet is a wonderful new concept.

Off the Shed

This guy attempts an insane distance trying to make it to the trampoline. This is a great short clip.

High Flyer

This guy is pretty amazing. I haven't seen anybody jump this high before, and then to do what he is doing? This is a great video.

The Basketball Dunk

Watch as this kid fights off his inability to dunk a basketball by adding a trampoline. He dunks something, but not the ball. I love how his friend laughs before he knows he is okay.

World Record Jump

This is from an Asian television show where a dude tries to break a record. The distance is amazing.

Bear on Trampoline

This is the famous bear in the tree clip. I thought they only did this in cartoons, but I guess it is real.

Slow Motion Back Flip Gone Bad

This kid lets us watch his mistake in slow motion, I think that is the only reason this clip is funny.

From the Roof

These two kids jump from a roof, but one lands early and sends the other one flying. I like the slow motion shot.

Face through the Springs

I thought this was pretty funny, since it is a girl and the she is laughing hysterically.

The Wonderful World of Free Stuff- Internet Tools

Some people might say “Nothing is Free!” and “There's always hidden costs!” but after you've read the following, you'll realize just how wrong these statements are.

You see, I have put together the BIGGEST, The BEST list of free stuff from free stuff around your home to software and websites.

I've split the list into three sections:

Free Internet tools

Free Software -Coming Soon

Free Every Day Objects -Coming Soon

At the moment there's only one section available online but if enough interest is shown (comments, digs, I like its etc.) then I'll add the other two so keep checking back!

So, in no particular order, the best of the best free stuff.

Free Internet Tools

Grooveshark

Grooveshark is a great music sharing community which is completely legal. The interface is really easy to use and is possibly even better than itunes!

There is two main websites. Grooveshark and Grooveshark Lite. Grooveshark Lite is a smaller version of Grooveshark which you don't have to sign up and can listen to any track for free online.

Grooveshark is the full version which you do have to sign up (for free obviously) for and you can also listen to any track for free. Additionally, you can share music, add friends, download music and lots more. You do have to pay for downloading music but as I'll explain in a second, it's still free. How it works is as follows. You download a small free program called Sharkbyte which searches for music on your own computer. It then adds this to the database and any time someone buys that track you get 50% of the cost. Grooveshark takes the other 50% for themselves and pays the artist or record company some money. The 50% that you get is added to your account and you can use this as credit towards downloading songs. Yes, I know it sounds complicated but all that matters is that get to listen and download the music you want for free without the guilty feeling that you're depriving the artist of some money.

For more info on how it works click here.

Drop.io

Drop.io is a really simple and useful tool for file sharing.
It's just like having a password protected 100mb (or more if you upgrade) memory stick everywhere with you (if you have internet access). All you do is upload your chosen files (any format) onto the site then go onto the other computer, go to www.drop.io/ (your chosen name) and effectively download the file.

You can make as many “drop.io s” as you want so I suppose its more like having unlimited 100mb memory sticks with you! There are other features like transferring files between drop.io's and emailing files to your drop.io.

For more information then click here.

Guerrilla Mail

Ever really wanted to sign up to a website but don't really trust them with your precious email address in fear of spam. Yes, we all have so therefore we all need this great tool!

Basically, you click a button, get a free 15 minute temporary email address which you can receive a confirmation email etc. with and have no worries about spam because it a few minutes the email won't exist!

So go on, sign up to all the untrustworthy sites you want with your trustworthy friend, GuerrillaMail!

Only2Clicks

Find that there's really only a few websites that you go on all the time? Find that you always seem to be wasting time scrolling through your favourites list or typing in addresses when you could be surfing that website?

Only2Clicks to the rescue!

Only2Clicks is another of those simple but incredibly useful websites. It has all your “use all the time” websites on one page, only a click away. It has automatic thumbnails, different skins, different tabs…the lot. That's really all there is to it.

For more information then click here.

Triond

Enjoy writing stories etc, taking pictures, filming videos and maybe making one or two songs just for fun? Well, with Triond you could do all that and get paid for it! Sound good? Read on.

Triond uses a “Pay Per View” system on articles, photos, videos and music that you upload. Basically, they put your content on one of their websites which have adverts and pay you a tiny amount of money for every view. This will add up over time and every month they pay you either via paypal or a check through the post (paypal is faster and more secure so I advise it).

You can upload as much as you like and the more you upload the more you get paid. It may seem a measly amount at first but stick at it and you'll be making worthwhile amounts of money before you know it.

For more information on how it works click here.

You Convert It

With music, image and video files being in all sorts different formats it's hard to find converting software that actually does what it says, doesn't have hidden costs, puts viruses on your computer or every time you use it, it annoys you with pop ups asking you to upgrade.

You Convert It can convert anything. I mean almost literally. It can convert images, video, music weights, lengths time, distance…I could go on forever.

You just type in your e-mail address, select the file you want converted and what you want it to be converted into and they e-mail the converted file to you once it's finished. It's efficient, easy to use and of course…free.

My Game Builder

Everyone has at some point dreamt of making their own game. Doing anything they want; feature themselves in the game; set it in their own house and, and, and…then realize how difficult it is to actually do. Unless you have programming skills and expensive software which most people don't have, then making your own game is well…impossible. That was until my game builder came along.

It allows complete beginners to "build games" as the name suggests. You draw "tiles" of a variety of sizes which will represent objects and characters in the game. You draw the characters and enemies from different angles so when they are walking they look in different directions.

Simple easy to understand tutorials teach you the basics and more features are unlocked as you become more experienced.

There is also a sort of "online community" of game builders in which you can view and play other people's games and top games are picked every week or so which encourages you to be creative.

Experts may be obviously be disappointed but for complete novices, My Game Builder is a simple, easy to use, fairly powerful tool which will kill a few hours and perhaps start off your career as a game programmer!

Buttonator

Buttonator is a great little tool which generates good looking buttons for your website. You just configure the easy to use settings then click the “show code” button to get a code which you can copy and paste onto your website. Alternatively you can download the button and add it to your website that way.

For more information click here

Phewwww….

There we go. Finally you've got to the end of "Free Internet Tools" section in the Wonderful World of Free. But it's not over yet! No, no no. This is just the end of the beginning. Two more sections on the drawing board and if there is enough interest they will be released.

Extra- Best Free "I like it button"

Before I go I must remind you that the best free "I like it button" is just centimetres away from your mouse. Simply move your cursor over to it (scroll down and it's at the bottom left of your screen) and click it and guess what! The number goes up! Isn't it amazing!

Thanks for reading and please comment and view my other guides and stuff. If I come across more super free internet tools, I will add them so again, keep checking back.

Who Gave Them a URL?! 10 Totally Oddball Websites

The Internet is a maze of interesting and sometimes bazaar activities and entertainment that millions of people participate in everyday life. For some people this means the weirder the better and to be perfectly honest, sometimes the weird is a purer form of entertainment, because it requires a greater creative ability to make the weird enjoyable.

Stop worrying about what to get that person who already has everything, because unless the person that you know is a closet serial killer, then they probably don't have one of these. At “Corpses For Sale” you can purchase an incredibly realistic full body corpse with rotting flesh, teeth and yellow fingernails. The corpses are not real, but the expert craftsman sure makes one stop and take a double take and the reason, is because they look so real.

Looking for a bit of nerd humor with a tad of geekiness? This website offers an assortment of actual technical signs that are not normally funny, but these signs come complete with humorous captions that makes them funny to look at and to think about.

The website introduces an amazing illusion that will have you seeing dots for the rest of the day. Watch a rotating board containing three yellow dots and one green dot, that are there in front of your eyes one second and gone the next second. This is a really cool optical illusion that will capture your attention for the next few minutes.

Built to pay tribute to one of the world's most relied on consumer products “Toilet Paper”. This website presents an extensive collection of brands of toilet paper that range from the mundane to the exceedingly rare. This is a comprehensive Internet resource for learning about toilet paper.

Now, for a fun and dizzying activity that will freak out your mind and confuse your senses. Some sensitive observers may become dizzy and/or sick, so if you are one of these people, then you should leave the site immediately.

Angry Alien has created a new twist on the typical movie review. In 30-seconds, visitors can watch a troupe of bunnies re-enact some of the best movies of all-time in a movie parody sort of way. Some of these movies parody are absolutely hilarious and a must to watch. My personal favorites are: Borat, Jaws, The Grudge and Star Wars.

Sure, Dr Mega Volt is a tad bit weird and completely out of his mind. Anyone who would knowingly put himself in an electrifying situation has to be included in an article entrenched in the world of weird. This guy has either a death wish or he has found a job that pays really, really well.

The Department of Homeland Security introduced in 2002, the Homeland Security Advisory System that features a color-coded warning bar scale that ranges from green (Low-risk) to red (Severe-risk). Now, you can get you very own to download onto your computer for free. I don't know why anyone would want one of these, but there are some weird things that people want for some strange reason.

If you have wondered how many pennies would it take to fill-up a room, then this website will answer this question and continues to take this question even further. What would one billion pennies look like if stacked?

Developed in 1994, “The Really Big Button That Doesn't Do Anything” is a usual artifact that attracts thousands of people every day. Pushing the button is pointless, but for some reason people still continue to push the button regardless.

Seven of the Unusually Oddest Websites on the Net

There is lots of crazy stuff on the Internet, and everyone has their own idea of what is weird, strange, or just plain eccentric. These seven websites are all odd, and you may not understand exactly what the point is, but they can crack you up. And then again, some of the sites here are just plain weird. You be the judge...

Another Day, Another Word

This is quite a weird website that contains only one word, at its center, that changes everyday. So there's a new word for your vocabulary everyday. Apart from that, you could say that this is pretty much a useless website.

The World's Highest Website

We've heard of the world's highest building or even the highest monuments, but the world's highest website? Though this website does not contain anything much, it is 18.939 kilometers “high” (that's around 11.77 miles)!

End of the Internet

“All good things come to an end.” Really true - even the internet does! Check out this webpage, which is supposedly the “last page of the internet”.

I Hate Internet Explorer

For those who hate Microsoft Internet Explorer, this is (perhaps) the ultimate website, which states “….Internet Explorer does NOT follow web standards” and names other web-browsers which are meant to work better than Microsoft Internet Explorer. The strange thing is, the owner(s) of the website wasted money just to convey that small a message?

Deleted Images

This website is dedicated to images that weren't meant to exist. If you have taken any photos that you do not need because they did not come out well, then this website welcomes you to donate those photos to them.

The Longest Website (in Letters)

So, people even spend their money just to get the world's longest website. We aren't talking about a few thousand dollars here - it's a matter of millions of dollars - all for a name! And Shakespeare actually asked “What's in a name?”

The Longest Website (in Numerals)

This website is quite similar to the previously mentioned one, only that this one is based on numerals and not on letters. What is more is that the website contains only two words and the title of the website.

My Top Five Sites

Corsinet.com

Believe it or not, sometimes learning new [educational] facts on the Internet is the best way to pass time. I like this site simply because there are numerous categories of trivia and whatever catches your attention you are bound to find pretty interesting information about it. My personal favorite categories: geography, language, and superstitions.

Braingle.com

I love this site because it gives you so many options on how to exercise your brain on the daily basis. I stumbled upon this site a month ago and have come back to it quite often. “Mentorobics” has this simple game that tests your reaction time. A blank square appears and you have to click on it as soon as a color square appears. A good reaction time is 0.20 seconds. The first time I did it took me 0.48 seconds. Instantly I wanted to do better so I kept at it until I got 0.19. Seems easy? You'll see! And of course, the trivia quizzes are pretty hard so that'll keep you busy for quite some time…trust me.

Bored.com

This is just a classic site on how to fill your brain with useless information, nonetheless, very entertaining. I would say this is a guilty pleasure site because it has superficial links to: guess that celebrity, age guessing game, name humor, and my personal favorite “which is worse.” There is something in this site for everyone. If you have time in your hands and clearly don't feel like being productive, then you have found your stop.

Theodora.com

Sometimes I get a nerd kick and feel like actually learning something. This is a great site if geography is one of your interests. Clearly, it is one of mine. It's a pretty thorough site if you are looking for a specific time period and country. If you enjoy learning facts about other countries, this is it.

Travelblog.org

If you have always wanted to travel somewhere or are planning to go somewhere, this is a very resourceful site. One is because people are actually experiencing what is typical of the region. Two you get to see photos of the place as is right now. Lastly, you go better informed (through journals) than if you had read five books about that place. If you are not traveling any time soon, live vicariously through someone else!

Virtual Living Websites with Real World Rewards

Before you can embark into this brand new world you must learn what virtual living is all about. Virtual living is a lifestyle that only exists in the virtual world otherwise known as the Internet. These virtual worlds only exist, because of its real world citizens.

Citizens that join these virtual towns, cities and planetary colonies become part of the overall community collaboration growth of the virtual landscape in these virtual communities. These online virtual communities offer real entertainment in a virtual space that includes activities such as; Bowling Leagues, Baseball, Horse Racing, Night Clubs, Stores and Shops and Shopping, or if you prefer seeing a show, then take a seat.

Here's where the real world and the virtual world meets

Before becoming a new citizen of the virtual world first explore the perspective options that are available. It is important to establish citizenship with one of the many virtual communities, so that you will have a place to call home and entertain your guests.

Real Estate

Active World

This is one of the most amazing virtual communities both visually and interactively. Active World offers its citizens a wide range of options from building castles to operating a real world virtual store or shop. Meet, chat and hangout with people across the globe and in, any one of a thousand different virtual worlds in an active and lively environment.

There are honestly too many amenities to detail within this article. Similar to the real world each citizen has a responsibility to the community that they belong to and what each citizen does with their virtual citizenship determines their social and economic class (rank) within the virtual worlds.

Second Life

Moving in real life is a big decision that requires due diligence in determining where to move to and understanding what the perspective communities has to offer new residents.

Second Life is an online virtual world that offers its residents the opportunity to own virtual real estate and build virtual businesses with real world profit opportunities. Go to a nightclub or meet for drinks and dance the night away with a virtual hookup. Visit virtual campaign centers and learn what real world candidates are campaigning on or take time and explore a virtually limitless, visual environment that does offer its residents a home away from home in the virtual world.

Moove Online

Looking for love in the virtual world is not too different, then in the real world. It is possible to meet new people from around the world and chat, flirt, shake hands and even hug and kiss virtually at Moove Online. Just like in the real world to find love you must know where to go and go where you know, so to discover potentially your true virtual love.

Even in the virtual world human contact and interaction is desired by its virtual citizens. This is where Moove Online fills in the gaps and has made it possible to interact with other citizens in a unique simulated virtual touch interactive kind of way. Citizens can also dress up their virtual space with pictures, furniture, videos, music and much more. The benefits are impressive and the environment is friendly.

Investments

Wall Street Survivor

The virtual world has something for everyone and Wall Street Survivor offers virtual lifers the opportunity to test their knowledge and hone their skills on a virtual stock market complete with managing an investment portfolio initially worth $100,000.00 in virtual money. Use the research tools available to the virtual investors to be better informed about the companies, before stock is purchased.

Virtual investors can compete in a free competition to win real cash rewards for the best managed weekly, overall and risk-adjusted stock portfolios.

Hollywood Stock Exchange

If you are looking for something a little less serious than surviving the beast of Wall Street, then why not try your hand at trading your favorite Hollywood actors, entertainers, movies and musicians. The Hollywood Stock Exchange offers a unique alternative to buying and selling shares of stock with other community members. Now you can invest in your favorite actor or entertainer or make some virtual profits by investing in the hottest movies.

Entertainment

Atom Films

Not really a virtual world in the sense of building and establishing roots in an actual virtual community like Active Worlds and Second Life. Atom Films offers citizens of virtual living the opportunity to watch a show, movie or animation that has been created by its members. The movies are free to watch and can be reviewed by its members.

This has been one of my personal favorite websites to visit for the last few years and with so many genres to choose from the entertainment factor is breathtaking. Movies must meet a very high standard, before any time is invested in a flick and the majority of movies meet my expectations.

The best part about the site is that not only is there an opportunity to watch a movie, but members can film their own original movie and submit it to Atom Films and can potentially share in any advertising profits that the movie generates. This type of generosity creates an opportunity for virtual lifers to make a real paycheck in the virtual world.

ZE Race

A day spent at the races has not been so entertaining until now. ZE Race offers an unique approach to horse racing that offers its participants to own horses, stables, estates and hire jockeys, trainers and vets, so to keep their investments in ship shape condition. Build a winning race team and compete for real cash prizes, then breed your winning studs for an extra income in your virtual racing empire.

Participate in a virtual horse auction or catch a race or race your own horse in a virtual race. There is so much to do and see, a day at the races hasn't ever been as entertaining as these.

EverQuest

Prepare yourself for battle and gear up for the non-stop, heart-pounding action that EverQuest has to offer its community members and guests in this expansive virtual world where war and combat is just the beginning of the adventure. Interact with hundreds of thousands of other virtual citizens and warriors. Meet, chat and fight side-by-side against the dark forces at work in the EverQuest virtual environment.

Fight and defeat formidable foes and build yourself a castle or fortress and secure your share of any treasures discovered or earned, so to establish a fulfilling and economical virtual existence.

Virtual Pets

Power Pets

Yes, that's right, even in the virtual world pets are allowed. Adopt your own virtual pet and participate in games while interacting with other real virtual pet owners from around the world.

Get The Most Out Of Life

Fun Sites

Need a city guide to show you around the virtual landscape, then FunSites can introduce a wary wonderer to even more virtual cities, towns and communities that are all offering many wonderful and exciting activities and opportunities to participate in the virtual world.

Now these towns and virtual worlds are big enough for the two of us and millions upon millions of other citizens, too. Start living virtually and discover yourself for real.

The Internet Has Caused Vast Socio-economic Change

The Internet has caused vast changes in our world as we know it. Some of these changes are wonderful and others are frightening.

The Internet can be compared to a scalpel. You can use it to heal. Or you can use it to kill. It depends on who you are.

GOOD THINGS RESULTING FROM THE INTERNET

Here's some of the good things that the Internet has brought to us:

New opportunities to earn money before that did not previously exist

Peer to peer lending - loans direct to consumers that do not involve the traditional banking system

Presidential candidate websites

Greater political information

Lowering of long distance prices

Greater health information, and more reliance on personal power for getting well

Global society - interact with many of other cultures, and hopefully gain knowledge from them and a broader perspective

Information from many channels cannot be so easily controlled

Read articles that you wouldn't find in the library

Be more up-to-date than with printed materials

Instant interaction

FInd out a reputation on a business

More religious and spiritual options

Competitive shopping options, lowering consumer prices

Collaboration on ideas

Publish your thoughts and ideas to a global audience for next to nothing

Find more resources than the value of your internet connection that you pay for

Choose what you will be involved in, as opposed to a TV that is pre-programmed

Find many freebies

Find resources for your business

Largely uncensored information

Many oppportunities exist for promoting your ideas through social networking and social bookmarking

Make a difference in someone's life - someone you haven't met yet

Through some websites you can fund entrepreneurs in developing countries with loans

Have good friends that you haven't met yet

More and more ways to earn money at home

New millionaires being created

Contact people from all over the globe

Sell items

Find information

Connect with resources

Find health information

Connect with people with the same interests and issues

Easily check and compare local gas prices

Easily check and compare supermarket sales

Print coupons to save money

Find discount codes and new promotions

DANGERS OF THE INTERNET

Here are some of the dangers and annoyances of the Internet:

Teens spending time alone on the Internet without supervision encounter more than they should know

Teens meeting up with strangers and being raped and worse

Any adult meeting someone they didn't intend and getting their personal safety compromised

Children who use the Internet could grow up too fast

Scams : many con artists prey on the gullible

Intensification of a person's negative qualities

Removal of inhibitions

Fraud

Stalkers

Trolls - people who cause problems on websites on purpose

Hackers

Flames - things written to make people mad

Forwards which are sent to people who don't have time

Spam - an inconvenience, and most spam advertises scams

Paying for merchandise but never receiving it

Viruses, trojans, and keyloggers downloading onto your computer

Personal information out on the web can lead to danger

The difference between the HAVES and the HAVE NOTS: the people who have Internet and the people who don't

Identity theft

Sexual exhibitionism

Payday loans being advertised all over the place, threaten to financially ruin consumers with their high APRs

Proliferation of credit card offers on the Internet

Internet addiction

Saying things about your employment could get you fired

Downloading illegal music or software could get you sued

Libel

CONCLUSION

If you are intelligent, wise, and discerning, the Internet is a good place to be and can make you a successful person.
If you are gullible, needy, obsessive, an over spender, a pervert, a con artist, and would give someone your personal financial information if they asked, you should stay off the Internet because it will cause you more problems than it will help.

Whether the Internet is good or bad for you and for the people who are around you depends on who you are.

In general, the Internet has brought many good things to the world.
