  4. Take part in forums and discussion groups and leave your site address as your signature.
  5. Post comments on other people's blog and leave your site address so that they will reciprocate your visit to their site.
  6. Social networking sites - register on as many social networking sites as you can and put a link to your site on the profile page
  7. Exchange links with other sites. You can normally contact a site owner and offer to exchange links.

Remember promoting a site takes time and effort but the dividends are good.
